Florida Keys Island Fest offers a slew of famly-style fun — for free.
The event is 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, April 10 and Sunday, April 11 at Founder’s Park, mile marker 87, on Plantation Key in Islamorada.
The event includes music performances in an amphitheater, artists’ exhibits and sandcastle-building lessons. The activities on Sunday revolve around food, featuring foods from area restaurants and food-related competitions.
