Here’s the way this deal works.
Go to Starbucks before 2 p.m. and make a purchase. Then return to Starbucks after 2 p.m. on the same day and present your receipt. The “treat receipt” entitles you to any grande-sized cold drink for the discounted fee of $2, plus tax.
