Free help with income tax returns

The April 15 deadline for federal income tax returns is fast approaching. Volunteers with the AARP Tax-Aide program provide free help to low- and middle-income taxpayers, with an emphasis on those over 60.

Help is available through April 15 at these locations:

* Key Largo Public Library, 101485 Overseas Hwy., 10 a.m. to 2 pm. Fridays.

* Marathon Public Library, 3251 Overseas Hwy., 10 a.m to 2 p.m. Mondays.

* Marathon Senior Center, 535 33rd St., 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesdays.

* Big Pine Key Library, 213 K3y Deer Blvd, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesdays.

* Harvey Government Center, 1200 Truman Ave., Key West. 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursdays.
