Making up with free makeup

From Jan. 20 until the products run out, major cosmetics manufacturers will be distributing free products to customers as part of a settlement of a class-action lawsuit alleging price-fixing. Anyone who has bought high-end cosmetics at a department store from May 29, 1994, through July 16, 2003, is eligible to receive one free product. No receipt is necessary. Among the stores distributing the goods are Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, Nieman Marcus, Nordstrom and Saks Fifth Avenue. Click here for more details and a list of the products to be distributed.
