Honking into seashells is the highlight of a free event in Key West.
It’s free to participate by making music — or other sounds — with seashells.
The Conch Shell Blowing Contest is noon March 2 at the Oldest House, 322 Duval St., Key West, 305-294-9501
Registration is 10 a.m. to noon, or duirng the event, if slots are open. Participants may use their own shells or buy them at the event.
